In keeping with Toulmore’s ardent military spirit, we direct that, going forward, units raised within Toulmore, or from populations of expatriated Toulmorese, should be equipped with the new Year 12 Pattern Helmet (schematic diagram attached.) This helmet will be an external marker of our glorious Toulmorese heritage and a visible commitment of our people to the sacred Crusader cause.
Additionally, we are introducing a new model of campaign hat, designed on the traditional traveler’s hat, which, since time immemorial, has stood among all people of Alwyd as a symbol of the unique genius of the Toulmorese. We expect this to replace the current light infantry watch and field duty caps.
We also are directing certain color changes within Toulmorese forces. The use of Field Earth is once again reserved to the Toulmorese Marines. Toulmorese line and guard catrawds will now use Horizon Blue as their field uniform color.
These uniform changes are solely to be used by Toulmorese units and should not be distributed to other Crusader forces.
